For international transactions also we have payment partner with PayPal manually with the following procedure for the payment.
Email Invoice -After you place the order we will send a PayPal invoice to your email address. You can also pay with your debit or credit card for the same.
COD available only under Indian jurisdiction for all Indian Customers.
***International customers have to pay in COD and then we will send PayPal invoice for the payment.
