RETURNS & REFUND
1. There is only one time replacement policy for all the products.
2. Customers can return their order within 15 days of the order date and once the product is received in our inventory,we will start immediately the refund process.
3.In case of Return Pickup, pick up can be scheduled only for defective and mismatched items and number of items returned should match with number of items in return request.
3. The refund through the credit card/debit card/net bank will be completed within 5-7 working days.
4. For COD payment the refund amount will take little time or customer can give their bank account details, we will credit it soon.
5. All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
6.For handloom sarees and dress material items(acid washed, painted and hand woven) returns will be accepted only if there is a major difference in colour(sometimes photo colors are too bright due to resolution) and quality of fabric as mentioned.
7.In case of Blouse and other Customized products we will not accept return if not damaged or major difference in design or colour from actual picture.
8.In case of paid order if customer asks for refund Without Valid Reason we would deduct the commission amount charged by PayuMoney for each order i.e Rs.100 or 2% of Product value which is more.
9.Return will be arranged but Rs 100 will be deducted from the refundable amount as courier charges.
10.For return and exchange without valid reason for exchange ,Rs 100 courier charges will be deducted as extra courier pick up charges
Please note that, for hygienic reason no returns for the lingerie items.

Reasons for which no returns shall be accepted
Description & Color Disclaimer
The details of the products or product specifications (for instance weight, color, handwork details, size, etc.) quoted with the product displays are only approximate values.
While every endeavor has been made to accurately reproduce colors, there may be minor variations in color of the actual product because of the nature of fabric dyes, weather at the time of dying and differences in display output due to lighting and digital photography and color settings and capabilities of monitors.
A customer must place an order keeping in mind this minor variation in color as seen on a computer screen against the actual color of the outfit received.
It is practically impossible for us to replicate the same colors on an outfit as seen on your monitor. A variation in the shade selected by you is considered as a normal practice as these garments have a tendency to reflect different shades of a color under different light and weather, type of camera used for photography or type and settings on the computer monitor.
REFUND POLICY:What are the terms and conditions for refund?
1. You can ask for a refund against any of your order within 15 days of its date of delivery.
How long the refund procedure takes?
2. The refund procedure will be initiated within 24 hours once we receive your product. Once initiated, the amount will be transferred in your bank account within 2 working days.
Where should I return my product?
3.We will arrange a pickup from our courier services & before arranging the pickup for return we will update you via email about the pickup time & then the product shall be returned.
I haven't received my refund yet. What should I do?
1. We update our customers through emails once we initiate the refund procedure.
2. If our last email states that we have initiated the refund procedure, kindly wait for the process to complete.
